Lesson Review | Make a Match Game

Lesson Review:  MAKE A MATCH game

Cut 30 squares out of construction paper or Bristol board. Write the questions on half of them and the answers on the other half.  Lay the answer cards face-up in a line across the front of the room.   Hold the question cards in your hand.  Pick 2 children who can read and give each of them a question (make sure that it is approximately the same degree of difficulty.  On your command, have them race to the front of the class from the back and they must find the correct answer to the question they have been given.   The first one to pick the correct answer is the winner.  The teacher reviews the answer they have chosen and if incorrect sends them back to look for the right answer.  Award points to the team who gets the right answers first.
